Nbbaje Terms & Conditions — Please read before use

Nbbaje (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "us") is an online betting and gaming service operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Nbbaje.

Definitions of key terms used in these Terms & Conditions:

• "Account" — Your registered personal profile on Nbbaje.
• "Balance" — Real money deposited into your account.
• "Bonus" — Promotional credits redeemable subject to specific terms and conditions.
• "Bet" — A wager placed on a game or event.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer — the identity verification process.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times you must wager your bonus before withdrawing.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, both parties will attempt to resolve the matter through mutual discussion.

To open an account with Nbbaje, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age or older must be.
• You may only open one account in your name. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• All details provided at registration — including your name, address, phone number, and date of birth — must be accurate and truthful.
• You must be prepared to provide a copy of your National ID or passport for KYC verification at any time.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Your account must not be shared with or used by anyone else.

Nbbaje reserves the right to reject any registration or close an existing account if the information provided is found to be false or misleading.

Nbbaje currently supports deposits and withdrawals via mobile banking methods available in Bangladesh.

Please keep the following in mind when making a withdrawal:

• Your account's KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The mobile banking number used for deposits must be the same one used for withdrawals.
• The wagering requirement must be fulfilled before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Suspicious transactions may require additional verification, and withdrawals may be delayed as a result.
• Nbbaje reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals if money laundering or fraudulent activity is suspected.

Nbbaje does not charge any fees on transactions. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own service charges.

Nbbaje offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions. By accepting a bonus, you agree to those specific terms.

General Bonus Terms:

• Each bonus is applicable once per account only.
• To qualify for the welcome bonus, your first deposit must meet the minimum amount specified in the bonus terms.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days. The expiry period is stated on each individual bonus page.
• Bonus bets may not apply to certain games — please check the bonus terms for details.
• Nbbaje reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion without prior notice.

If a user attempts to claim bonuses fraudulently — such as through multiple accounts or false information — Nbbaje reserves the right to forfeit all bonuses and associated winnings.

All betting and gaming activity on Nbbaje is governed by the following general rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, unless funds were deducted due to a technical error.
• Bets confirmed before an odds change will be honoured at the original odds.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Nbbaje is not responsible for lost bets resulting from internet disconnection during live betting.
• The maximum single bet amount varies by game — check the individual game page for applicable limits.
• Outcomes of RNG-based games are determined by certified algorithms and cannot be altered.

Sports Betting outcomes are settled based on official match results. In the event of any disputed result, Nbbaje's decision is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Nbbaje. Violations may result in account suspension and forfeiture of your balance:

• Creating or operating more than one account.
• Registering using someone else's identity.
• Providing false information to claim bonuses.
• Placing bets using software, bots, or any automation tools.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or odds.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other form of illegal financial activity.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.
• Attempting to breach or circumvent the platform's security systems.

Nbbaje reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of the Terms and Conditions.
• If KYC verification is not completed or false information is provided.
• In the case of prolonged inactivity (12 months or more).
• If the user wishes to close their own account.
• Self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy.

To close your account, contact the support team via email or Live Chat. If your inactive account still has a balance, please reach out so we can arrange a refund.

Nbbaje takes responsible gaming very seriously. Gaming is for entertainment — it is never a solution to financial problems.

• Users can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly spending limits.
• A temporary break option is available, ranging from 1 day up to 6 months.
• You may apply for permanent self-exclusion, which cannot be reversed once it takes effect.
• If suspicious activity is detected on an account, Nbbaje will proactively notify the user.
